I have used Dan Joint Builders on a number of jobs for me both in Auckland and on Waiheke Island.
More recently I have used them to do major upgrade and alteration work to a 100-year-old villa that I had moved from Epsom to a section that I bought overlooking Onetangi. Architect, Belinda George was more than happy with the way the job went, and pleased to see that all the correct materials specified had been used.
I find Dan a straight up person to do business with and have always felt like I have had value for money. He saved me a fortune on this particular project by bringing most of the materials over from Auckland. The discount rates there are better than our suppliers here on the Island, and his overall knowledge of where to source products for the best possible prices was also pivotal to this.
I’d also like to say that his project management skills and general problem solving abilities clearly make things move at a good pace and you really feel like your being looked after. I shall definitely be using them for future work.
